Privacy choices

This page summarizes the privacy choices LowKey actually offers in the product today. It does not invent advertising opt-outs or sale toggles that are not part of LowKey.

No sale / no advertising use

LowKey does not sell personal information and does not use personal information for advertising. There is no separate advertising “opt out” control because advertising tracking is not part of the product.

Parent sharing

Parent access is optional. A parent can see only summary progress after the student agrees and an administrator verifies the connection. Parents cannot see questions, answers, or answer keys. You can decline or revoke parent sharing from the product flows that manage that connection.

Withdrawing a sharing choice stops future sharing. It does not undo information a verified parent already viewed.

Sign out

You can sign out at any time from your account surfaces.

Access, correction, and deletion

• Students and Parents can start an account-deletion request from signed-in settings.
• You can also ask to access, correct, or delete information by emailing support@lowkeyprep.app.
