Privacy notice

LowKey Prep uses the information needed to run your account, save your practice, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, and account ID.
• Your practice answers, progress, timing, and product activity.
• Feedback you choose to send.

How collection works

You give us account information when you sign in, register, or send feedback. LowKey records practice and product activity when you use the product. If you continue with Apple or Google, that provider sends LowKey the account identifier and account details it makes available for this app. LowKey verifies the provider's sign-in token on its server before it opens a LowKey account. We do not trust an email or profile supplied by the app screen by itself.

• Save your practice across supported devices.
• Show results, focus areas, and study-plan suggestions.
• Find and fix product problems.

Service providers

LowKey uses service providers to host the product, store account data, deliver email, and operate Sign in with Apple and Google Account sign-in. The Google Sign-In software on iOS may collect a user identifier to record the sign-in permission and an IP address that may be used to estimate a general location for fraud prevention. When a Parent purchases Premium on the web, a payment provider processes the payment details needed for that purchase. On iOS, Apple processes in-app subscription payments. Providers may process information only to provide those services for LowKey and must protect it under their agreements with us. We do not allow them to use LowKey personal information for advertising.

Parent sharing

Parent access is optional. A parent can see only summary progress after the student agrees and an administrator verifies the connection. Parents cannot see questions, answers, or answer keys.

How long we keep it

We keep account and practice information while your account is active and for only as long as needed to operate the product, meet legal duties, resolve disputes, and protect the service. A deletion request first suspends the account and revokes its sessions. After the required fresh sign-in checks succeed, LowKey removes live sign-in identities, contact settings, roles, active Parent connections, and mutable practice and progress records. The remaining account record is de-identified. Limited de-identified legal, safety, audit, and financial history may be kept only as needed for those purposes.

Your choices

You can decline or revoke parent sharing, sign out at any time, and start an account-deletion request from your account settings and complete it through the secure proof page. A completed deletion cannot be restored. Registering again creates a new LowKey account without the old progress, Parent connections, entitlements, or sessions. Signed-in settings also let you connect or disconnect Apple and Google sign-in after fresh verification; LowKey refuses a disconnect that would leave no usable way to sign in. You can also ask to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting support@lowkeyprep.app. Withdrawing a sharing choice stops future sharing; it does not undo information a verified parent already viewed.
